A large BMX and mountain biking competition held in Hout Bay earlier this year featuring some of the best local and international riders, showcasing some serious talent ! These adrenaline junks push their limits and the sheer sight of the effortless control of their aerial acrobatic manoeuvres are sure to earn your respect.
