The directory is a guide, not a guarantee

We list adventures around Cape Town and the Western Cape with details like prices, times and locations. These change — and operators are independent of us. Always confirm current prices, availability and safety requirements directly with the operator before you go. We're not responsible for third-party activities, operators, bookings or venues.

Adventure at your own risk

Many activities listed here carry inherent risk. You take part at your own risk and are responsible for your own safety, fitness and decisions. Follow each operator's safety guidance, and don't attempt anything beyond your ability.

Submitting an adventure

• You confirm the information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to share it (including any photos or links).
• By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive right to review, edit and display the content on the site and our channels.
• Every submission is moderated. We may decline, edit or remove anything, and we don't pay for submissions.
• Don't submit anything misleading, unlawful, or that infringes someone else's rights.

Site content, design and branding are © I Love Adventure unless stated otherwise. Please don't scrape or republish the directory wholesale. Linking to us is welcome.
