Trampoline parks are fun and after an hour of jumping and laughing you suddenly realise that you have had an excellent workout! Parties for all ages, team-building challenges, dodgeball, basketball, gladiator-style ‘pillow-fights’, and falling into foam pits – the activities provide for all levels of experience. But non-participants are well looked after with coffee bars and great viewing areas to catch all the action.
